Anita,
Thank you for all the help you and your interpreters provide to us each and every year. This year was a huge success…with the ITC on the South Hall, we acquired a lot more traffic and we had a higher rate of international attendees this year, which I believe the show partners contributed to the success of that number.
As usual, you were kind, cooperative and very professional in light of schedule changes, last minute glitches and all. I really appreciate it all. Next year, we are trying to build out more services to attract a higher number in the international audience. NASDA and US Food Export is contributing more money to the services that we supply the International Trade Center and more interpreters may be a part of this service..hopefully, by the end of the year should have more information on how many additional interpreters we will be hiring and any other services that may require interpreter assistance.
Again, I thank you for all your assistance, you are a joy to work with, and your assistants make my life so much easier onsite.
Dear Anita,
Your efforts were a highlight to the 2016 Midwinter Meeting and I look forward to working with you again at some future Midwinter date.
Anita:
I want you to know that I was quite impressed with your services. Everything worked out as planned and I found that everyone I contacted in your organization, including the equipment suppliers, technical personnel and interpreters, were very cordial, professional and first class people. I would not hesitate to use your services again and will recommend you to any organization in need of simultaneous interpretation services.
Anita:
Just a short note to express how much I enjoyed working with you on the planning and execution of the FMI Convention. The convention was a tremendous success that was realized through your help. You did a great job on the always challenging translator responsibilities.
Dear Anita:
Thank you so much for being a part of the 20th Annual FACTors Breast Cancer Education Conference on September 29th. On our 20th anniversary, one of the significant parts of this conference was the ability to offer simultaneous translation to many in the Hispanic community who do not speak English.
I want to extend my deepest appreciation to you for guiding and educating me in this process and for being so instrumental in bringing it to fruition. Those who took part were thrilled and have expressed their sincere gratitude in feeling «a part of» the event.
I appreciate your patience and thoroughness in visiting the venue beforehand to ensure everything was in place. The interpreters at the event were all very skilled and very gracious. Please extend my thanks to them.
Thank you again for this great contribution. I look forward to working together on other projects and hope to be able to offer simultaneous translation at next year’s conference.
Hi Anita!
Everything was wonderful this year! I love working with Maria Rosa and Julie! Always professional and on-time.
Thanks so much for all of your help!
Hi Anita!
I’m just getting back to the office after a few days off at the end of the event. This was one of the smoothest fresh summit’s ever! Thank you and your interpreters for all of the hard work!
Looking forward to working with you again next year!
Dear Anita,
As always, I could not be more impressed with the quality of your interpreters. They truly provided assistance that was above and beyond what we asked for.
Thank you!
Best Rgds,
Andy
hi anita,
As a follow up to last week’s meeting I just wanted to say thank you to you, Richard, Elisa and Uriel for the wonderful job done last week. It was a pleasure working with them and all displayed the utmost professionalism during a very long meeting. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the future.
All the best,
Julia
Anita.... Just a note to let you know how much I appreciated working with your interpreting team last week at the ARA conference.
They were a delight to work with and seemed to do an excellent job in translating.
Thank you for helping us arrange services.
Dave
Hi Anita,
I wanted to write and say thank you for the stellar job in Boston at the Alzheimer’s meeting.
I heard the client was very impressed and what's even more impressive was pulling it off without any proper preparation.
This was very unusual that we didn't get the materials a few weeks out.
Thanks again and we look forward to the next time.
Very best,
Todd
Goodness Anita,
I, personally appreciate all the extra hoops you went through for us.
Sometimes none of us really know what to expect and you maintained a professional demeanor throughout the process.
I look forward to meeting you too and thanks for taking care of the interpreters.
Thanks,
Charlie Terry
Anita
It was an absolute pleasure meeting you on Wednesday at the venue.
I wish I had been able to make to the ceremony.
I am very sorry I had to miss this one.
We appreciated your flexibility and understanding regarding the schedule and logistics.
In the future, should we need to provide simultaneous interpretation support, you will be our first call.
Thanks, Liggett
Anita,
Thank you for the kind words. You and your team handle very complex and technical meetings very well.
I know this business can be challenging so thank you for being flexible, adaptable, patient and professional.
It was a pleasure meeting all of your and I hope we can work together again in the future.
Best,
James
Anita,
I was very satisfied. Everyone showed up early, informed me when they were leaving and showed genuine care for Kali, the client.
They worked well with the Purdue interpreter, Becca. Chrissy didn't work yesterday but wanted to still see if she could watch the students presentations online.
It was great working with everyone.
Dawn
Hi Anita,
Amanda and Shannon did a fantastic job in Chicago. They are very skilled - they were able to understand and follow the speakers and their technical dental vocabulary.
I appreciate all you have done for me. Trust me - of all the conferences I have gone to in the past, those interpreters are pretty much the best and topnotch!
Thank you,
Amit
Anita – Thank you. It was a pleasure once again to work with your interpreters. They are so professional and always so prepared.
I don’t know what we would do without Bia! Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to get over there on Thursday at the end of the day to say goodbye.
Please let them all know, we appreciated their service.
Best Rgds,
Andy Drennan
Senior Vice President
Anita – below is the feedback from Steve Wall:
Fabulous. I thanked both of them for professionalism. I received many compliments from our employees stating this was the best translation of a meeting they’ve attended. Kudos to both ladies and the on-site crew. Great job. Thank all of them for me.
Hello Anita,
There aren’t enough “Thank You’s” I can give! Your team was simply, professional, patient and fluid to Tapia’s needs all through out, and I am grateful to each and every one of them. Annette and her team, God bless them for their patience all around!
Two key shoutouts-
Kim and her team worked with the Production team to best position them on stage. Something I never thought to account for, nor ask, knowing all the white noise that projects on stage. I have Kimberly’s number. Is it okay to reach out? I’d like to best understand what interpreters need on stage, and be proactive next year.
They too came to the rescue when Tapia failed to mention one of the Plenary Speakers is deaf! (not joking) Between Kimberly and the whole team, they were right there, came up with a game plan and executed. Again, tell them all thank you!
Speaking of next year 😊 Sept. 13 – 16, Gaylord Texas Resort and Convention Center.
Cheers,
Meg
